Adult Coaching Sessions
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions with adults. Please email me or use the contact form on the website.
After the initial contact, the process will be as follows:
We will have a 30 minute online discovery call. A list of suggestions/questions will be sent for you to think about before the call so you are prepared. This is a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you have related to ADHD Coaching.
After the call, if we are going to work together, I will send you a Welcome Pack.Once we agree on a timeslot, I offer 3 weekly online sessions per month, with a week off to work on new strategies and learnings.
My agenda, as a coach, is to provide a safe and welcoming space in which clients can make conscious choices that will empower them to move forward in a meaningful and rewarding way. I hope to show that we can live every day with gratitude, we can learn to appreciate all we have and to bring positive change in the lives of those around us.
